Orders & Payment

All dolls and accessories are created with love and attention to detail. Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive a confirmation by email.

We list both ready-to-ship reborns (items currently in stock and ready to dispatch) and made-to-order/custom reborns. If you purchase a ready-to-ship item, you may request changes or cancel the order only while the item is still in our possession and before it has been dispatched. For made-to-order or custom dolls, changes may not be possible once work has begun.

We accept secure payments via Klarna, PayPal Credit, and standard checkout methods. If you choose Klarna or PayPal Credit, please refer to their terms and conditions for payment schedules and eligibility.

Please double-check your order details before completing checkout, as many of our babies are handmade and changes may not be possible once work has started.

Custom & Made-to-Order Babies

Custom and pre-order dolls are made especially for you, with time and care given to each stage of the process. Because of this, deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

You’ll receive regular updates throughout, and we’ll always do our best to ensure you’re happy before your baby is ready to go home.

Photography & Product Details

We photograph all dolls in natural light to show their true colouring and details, but please note that screens and lighting can affect how colours appear. Each reborn is unique, and small differences may occur — it’s part of what makes every baby one of a kind.
