Shipping & Delivery

At Willow Tree Reborns, every baby is carefully prepared for their journey home. We take great pride in making sure your reborn arrives safe and secure.

UK Shipping

All reborn dolls include free UK standard delivery, sent via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked & Signed For. This service usually takes 2–3 working days from dispatch. If you’d like your baby to arrive sooner, you can select Express Delivery at checkout — sent via Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked & Signed For, usually arriving within 1–2 working days.

All deliveries are fully insured and require a signature on arrival. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your baby’s journey home.

Accessory Orders: For all accessory orders under £30, a standard shipping fee of £3.50 applies. Orders over £30 qualify for free standard shipping.

Dispatch Times

Ready-to-ship babies are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Made-to-order and custom dolls will be sent once completed — the estimated completion and shipping date will be agreed at the time of ordering. You’ll be kept updated throughout the process and notified when your baby is ready to travel home.

Packaging

Each reborn is carefully packaged in protective wrapping and a sturdy box to ensure a safe journey. We aim to make unboxing a special experience from the moment you open the parcel.

International Orders

We are happy to ship worldwide. Please contact us to place your order, so we can provide an accurate shipping quote based on your delivery address.

International parcels are sent using a fully insured, tracked, and signed-for service where available. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply in their country.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel has been dispatched, we rely on the postal service to complete delivery. If your tracking shows a delay or issue, please let us know — we’ll do everything we can to help resolve it.
In the rare event that a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll work with Royal Mail to make a claim and ensure a fair resolution.
