You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund, as long as it is returned in its original, unused condition and safely packaged.

To start a return, please contact us within that 14-day period. Once confirmed, the item must be sent back within another 14 days using tracked or recorded delivery for your protection.

Please note that custom or personalised dolls are made specially for you and are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please get in touch right away so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
