Orders typically take 2-3 weeks depending on the reborn kit/rooted or painted hair and time of the year.

You can pay by either bank transfer, sum up (credit card) Paypal, or cash on collection.

All our reborns are offered with payment plans to help make the dream of owning a reborn affordable. We can tailor a plan to your budget. The deposit would be the cost to purchase your chosen kit and the balance spread over a period agreed before ordering. Once the payment plan is completed, the reborn will then be shipped. 

Example; Levi by Bonnie Brown £400. Deposit of £100 followed by 3 monthly payments of £100

All reborns are offered with a luxurious blanket, teddy, magnetic dummy, 2 care sheet  & birth certificate. They also include 1 vest and sleepsuit with Reborns for the older collector have an additional daytime outfit. Additional outfits can be supplied upon request.

We offer all our reborn's bald or with painted hair in a colour of your choice. 

Please ask us about rooted hair.

We offer all our reborns 18 inches and larger the option of rooted hair. Starting at £120 (message us for a qoute)

we offer a selection of colours and it generally takes 6-8 weeks.

The hair is mono rooted which means a single hair in each hole for a more realistic look.

Refunds are only accepted if the doll or accessory is returned in an unused state within 14 days of the original purchase and must be sent via recorded delivery.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all custom orders placed with Willow Tree Reborns where payment is made under a payment plan. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following:

1.1 A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any order.
1.2 The deposit amount varies depending on the order and is at the discretion of Willow Tree Reborns.
1.3 Work on the reborn will not begin until the deposit has been received.

2.1 The balance after deposit will be paid in installments over a term agreed between the customer and Willow Tree Reborns at the time of ordering.
2.2 All payments under this agreement are non-refundable.
2.3 The reborn will only be dispatched once the balance has been paid in full.

3.1 If a payment is not received by the agreed date, a 14-day grace period will apply.
3.2 We encourage customers to contact us immediately if they experience any issues with payment. We will always try to work with you to find a solution.
3.3 If we do not hear from you within the grace period, or an agreement cannot be reached, the order will be cancelled and all payments made up to that point will be retained.

4.1 All reborns remain the property of Willow Tree Reborns until payment has been received in full.
4.2 Once dispatched or collected, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

5.1 Delivery or collection dates are estimated and may be affected if payments are late.
5.2 The reborn will only be released once full payment has cleared.

6.1 Each payment plan is personal to the customer and cannot be transferred.
6.2 Willow Tree Reborns reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
